Edible Manhattan magazine is returning to The Seaport, this Saturday, to celebrate its first anniversary by hosting a plentiful Harvest Party full of great food and drink. Think of the event
as a version of the magazine that one can actually eat, especially given the print tag line of “telling the story of how Gotham eats!”
Tickets are available for sale at the event entrance (Fulton and South Streets) tomorrow night on a first-come-first-served basis. However, there is still time to get tickets online for only $30 by entering the discount code “Seaport”
Many readers may recall the terrific launch party and wonderful food enjoyed by hundreds of guests a year ago at The Seaport. Highlights of this year’s festivities include a pickle room, wine and jerky, beer and oysters, and more. Here’s a brief rundown of what to expect.
Spend an evening strolling cobblestone amidst the brewers and slow-braisers, the winemakers and doughnut bakers, and pickle men and cheese women chronicled in the pages of Edible Manhattan.
Enjoy tastings from select Fulton Stall Market vendors, as well as Russ & Daughters, Il Brigante Pizza, Buttermilk Channel, DiPalo’s, Guss Pickles, Brooklyn Brine Co., Horman’s Pickles, Murray’s Cheese, Inside Park at St. Bart’s, Basis Farm to Chef, Doughnut Plant, Taza Chocolate, and Stumptown Coffee.
Consume beverages from Heartland Brewery, Kelso of Brooklyn, Schmaltz Brewing Company, and Fire Island Beer Company, as well as a selection of Long Island wines.
It all happens tomorrow evening, so come out and enjoy a wonderful evening at The Seaport.
