The last we heard of Jennifer Aniston’s romantic maneuvers was that America’s favorite hopeless romantic was linked with Bradley Cooper, the lovable asshole from Wedding Crashers, and dainty dapper from The Hangover.

But now, reports link her to Gerard Butler, of 300 movie poster and 6 pack fame. Move over Bradley, Butler is here.

Of the rumored romance between the two, Butler told Conan O’Brien on late night TV: “We are getting married.” Clearly joking on the issue, Butler is playing the media game in a refreshing manner. Instead of deny, deny, and deny, he is feed, feed, and feed, to the point where he is smirkingly mocking the media, and, ahem, gossip columns.

Regardless, Jennifer Aniston HAS to marry a cameraman, a la Julia Roberts and Danny Moder. It’s the only method for having a successful Hollywood marriage. Otherwise, your boyfriend will be locking lips with Angelina Jolie in his next movie, and we all know how that turns out. Poisonous.
